Here’s your chance to try the fastest growing winter sport in America – Curling!

Enjoy a Learn-To-Curl event at Peachtree Curling Club. The event is open to youth 6th-12th grade and their parents. Please bring a friend along to join the fun. We will start with a lesson on how to curl, and then a couple of ends of competition between teams (maybe a parents vs youth challenge). Please sign-up by Saturday, Feb 10th so we know how many are coming.

Meet at 3pm at Peachtree Curling Association, 4880 Lower Roswell Road, Unit 910.  The curling club is just over 1 mile from the church, and located behind Kroger at Parkaire Landing Shopping Center. Parents will need to sign waivers for their children in order for them to be able to curl.  All of the necessary equipment will be provided, however, the rink is about 45 degrees and you will be walking on ice so we recommend wearing soft-soled athletic shoes, dressing in layers, and wearing gloves and a hat is not a bad idea.
