Join us for a new prayer experience at LCR during Holy Week.

We are offering an on-site, 24-Hour Prayer Vigil in the sanctuary! Starting at 8:30 pm on Good Friday and concluding at 8:30 pm on Holy Saturday, this vigil invites our congregation to come together in prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal as we prepare for the celebration of Easter.

This sacred time of continuous prayer is an opportunity for us to deepen our relationship with God, intercede for our community, and reflect on the profound significance of Christ’s sacrifice. As we stand vigil, we honor the passion of Christ and seek His guidance in our lives.

Location: LCR’s Sanctuary

Safety Monitoring: For added security, there will be a police presence from11:00 pm to 5:00 am.

Sign-Up: Use our online form to reserve your 30-minute prayer slot. We encourage you to sign up for two slots for a fuller hour of prayer. Multiple individuals can sign up for the same time, but we ask that silence be maintained for intentional and continuous prayer.

Prayer Candles: Light a prayer candle upon entering, use the available prayer resources, and exit quietly once your time is complete.

Prayer Requests: You can submit prayer requests in the box on Sundays or email prayerchain@lcrmarietta.org. These will be included for others to lift up in prayer during the vigil.
