A formal congregational meeting will be held on Sunday, October 22 at 9:30 am in the Gathering Room. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on the changes to LCR’s constitution to bring it into compliance with the latest Model Constitution for Congregations of the ELCA, approved by the 2022 Churchwide Assembly.
