DESCRIPTION:We are organizing a Youth Service Project where kids will build blessing bags for MUST Ministries. \nPlease deliver items to the collection bin in the LCR Gathering Room by 12/8. Monetary donations will also be gladly accepted and can be made out to “Blessing Bag Ministry”. \nDonate the following items: \n\nNon-perishable food items (i.e. trail mix\, granola bars\, peanuts\, apple sauce)\nHygiene items (soap\, toothpaste\, toothbrush\, deodorant\, hand sanitizer\, comb)\nBottled Water\nSocks\nBand Aids\nLip Balm\n\nHelp us build the bags: \nJoin us from 9:00-11:00 am on December 23 in the Gathering Room to help assemble the bags! \nFor questions\, reach out to Stephen Goodnough or call (770) 757-0942

DESCRIPTION:On Thanksgiving morning (November 23)\, more than 10\,000 runners will come to the Marietta Square to participate in the 21st Annual Gobble Jog\, benefiting MUST Ministries. The Gobble Jog offers options for all skill levels. Timed 10K and 5K runs\, as well as an untimed 5K\, 1K and Tot Trot are all available. DESCRIPTION:YELLS is an after-school program that LCR has supported for many years. The teens that participate in the YELLS Mentoring Program put on a free and fun family day for the Franklin Gateway Community and LCR members are invited! It is being held on Saturday\, May 27\, from 1-4 pm at the Franklin Gateway Sports Complex\, 1034 Franklin Gateway\, Marietta. Come join them for a fun and entertaining afternoon with traditional games like balloon toss\, three-legged race\, tug of war\, and a chance to learn more about YELLS. \nLearn more and register.
