Finding moments of true stillness is a vital part of our spiritual journey\, equipping us with the clarity\, energy\, and peace we need to do God’s work in our Marietta community and beyond. \nJust as Jesus frequently stepped away from the noise of the crowds to rest and pray\, taking time to intentionally quiet our own minds is a truly faithful act. \nWe invite you to experience deep rest with the latest Resurrection Wellness Series event: Sound Bath. \nThis 45-minute session is an immersive listening experience featuring resonant instruments like singing bowls and chimes. The gentle\, echoing acoustics are designed to wash away stress\, lower your heart rate\, and guide you into a state of profound relaxation and prayerful meditation. Whether you have experienced a sound bath before or are stepping into this practice for the first time\, this is a welcoming space to pause\, reflect\, and nurture your mind-body connection. \nJoin us at 5:15 PM for this restorative practice. Please come in comfortable clothing. Because you will be lying down or sitting quietly for the duration of the session\, we highly encourage you to bring a yoga mat so you can fully relax.
